Depict the actions of local, state, and federal levels of government concerning their response to and recovery from a specific disaster. Use specific examples, including real world events, to support your ideas. In your paper’s analysis, be sure to address the following issues:

- Determine legal responsibilities and restrictions.
- Compare and contrast the roles of the various levels of government.
